I’ve been working with Daniel Meyers, the owner of eBaby, as his go-to resource for all his Business Consultation, Digital Marketing, & all Web Development needs for all of his businesses for over 10 years now. After Daniel acquired this premium domain, he approached me looking for help coming up with potential ideas on how he could monetize & build a business around it.

My first steps in doing so were to white-board some ideas & then do some competitor/market research to find the right sub-niche(s) he could possibly hit that had room for growth. I presented Daniel with the best ideas I came up with & together we decided which idea had the most potential. RadiantMe hired me in their early start-up phase. They had the idea to launch online video work-out courses & wanted a online community to accompany it.

I was supplied with design mockups of how they imagined the community site to look & as well as design mockups for their sale funnel & was charged with the responsibility of figuring out what was their best options when it came to choosing what tech stack to go with.

I helped them find the right base solutions for what they would need based on limited start up budget that would also allow them to highly customize, optimize, & scale it .

I decided to go with WordPress using BuddyPress for the member community, Wistia for video/VSL hosting, Membermouse for unlocking of premium content on WordPress, Limelight to handle multiple payment gateways, & Maropost to handle email marketing efforts.

I choose Amazon AWS to host their web entities along with CloudFront CDN for better page load times.
